**Key Responsibilities**
- Instruct and Coach: Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
- Assess and Adapt: Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
- Create a Safe Environment: Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement.
- Provide Feedback: Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth.
- Assist with Lifeguarding Duties: Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed.

-Tuesday: 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
-Wednesday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm; 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
-Thursday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm; 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
-Friday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm
-Saturday: 8:45 am - 12:45 pm
-Sunday: 9:15 am - 1:45 pm
Lenexa:
-Monday: 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
-Tuesday: 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm
-Wednesday: 8:45 am - 12:15 pm; 3:45 pm - 7:15 pm

**Who Will You Report To?**
You’ll be guided and supported by our fantastic Assistant General Managers: David Hoelting, Catherine Buist, and Alex Randall.
**Compensation**
- Competitive pay of $14+/hour, with negotiable rates for highly experienced candidates.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids is essential!
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliability and dedication are key to our team.
- Dependable Transportation: Ensure you can make it to shifts consistently.
- Commitment: We ask for a minimum commitment of at least 4 months.
**Helpful Experience**
While not required, past experience in roles such as certified lifeguards, camp counselors, childcare providers, educators, and customer service can set you up for success at Goldfish!
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
